Memorial Day.
The long Memorial Day weekend traditionally marks the beginning of Summer season in the Hamptons, but since the weather was still pretty chilly, I’ve decided to check out the Parrish Art museum in Water Mill instead of heading straight to the beach. The current exhibition of photorealistic portraits, Chuck Close Photographs, is really worth attending even if you are not into art. Highly recommended to visit it next time you’re in the area.
